Please fill out this form with as much detail as possible! We typically get a lot of applications for dogs when they become available. To help yourself stand out in the application, please reference the dog and any needs or behaviors that have been referenced in their bio. Go into detail as to why your home would be the best fit. Feel free to include pictures! It helps us get a feel for you, your family and the home the dog would be going to. Once applications are reviewed for the individual dog, we will conduct phone interviews on the top handful of applicants. As much as we would like to contact every applicant on the phone to get a better feel for them and discuss the dog, it is just not possible. Please keep in mind we are all volunteers who work full time jobs so this process may take a while.
Note: It is easiest to copy and paste the application from a regular computer, rather than a cellphone or tablet.

I understand that SNAFU Rescue does not ship any dog under any circumstance and I will need to make arrangements to pick up my new dog if I am approved to adopt.
I understand that, if for any reason, I can no longer care for or keep a dog that I have adopted through SNAFU Rescue, INC. I must return it directly to a SNAFU Rescue representative, from whom I acquired the dog, and I will sign all necessary papers for the surrender of the dog.
I understand that I will be put on a list of people who are wishing to adopt a dog. The family that is the best match between the dog, the new home and lifestyle will be given the opportunity to adopt that dog.
